César ha sido dibujante toda su vida, es autodidacta y amante de la acuarela. Trabaja desde 2010 en un canal de televisión en el área de arte y oficios, escenografía y realización. Desde hace 20 años se ha visto involucrado en el arte del tatuaje, teniendo a su mamá como conejillo de indias haciéndole una rosa en su pierna, ha ido aprendiendo, viendo y preguntando a otros tatuadores.

Otra de las actividades que practica Cesar es hacer murales tanto en su área de trabajo como de forma privada. Regaló murales a su barrio en Las Adjuntas, para cubrir unos tanques y mejorar su aspecto. Y por otro lado tiene la costumbre de hacer el pesebre en su barrio todas las Navidades.
Su sensibilidad social lo llevó a crear el 10 de abril de 2016, un grupo para que los niños de su barrio dibujaran también. Al principio solo participaron 3 niños ya el grupo lo conforman alrededor de 15.  |

" sentía que me faltaba mas por aprender y en aquel entonces no tenía estas oportunidades que luego con los años se me presentaron (invitaciones a eventos, talleres, exposiciones...). Todo esto sentí que tenía que transmitirlo a aquellos que no lo tienen al alcance"
Cesar se enteró de Uskccs a través de la página de Facebook:
" entré en su página y me agradó lo que vi, ya que en anteriores ocasiones yo había hecho ese tipo de dibujos, pero sin saber que existía esta comunidad...decidí ir a una de sus reuniones; conocer a los Dibujantes y compartir un rato con gente con mis mismos gustos por el dibujo. Mi recibimiento fue agradable, realicé cuatro dibujos. Al final de la reunión nos sentamos en un agradable café, pero la conversación me intimidó mucho; éstas personas hablaban de cosas que yo desconocía. No podía interactuar con ellos libremente"

Dudando regresar a una próxima reunión, César se dio otra oportunidad y fue a una segunda jornada, hace 6 años desde entonces. Para él ha sido muy importante ésta decisión de regresar pues tuvo la oportunidad de exponer con el grupo en la Galería de Arte Nacional, exposición llamada Oasis Urbano, sobre nuestro querido Parque del Este, que he mencionado en otras entradas.

"Las reuniones han pasado, compañeros nuevos, técnicas nuevas, inspiraciones, sitios nuevos, mas amor por mi ciudad...Son tantas las cosas que podría contar...Gracias a cada uno de los Uskccs por regalarme un pedacito de su esencia en esta apasionante travesía. Dios nos siga dando lápiz y papel para que Caracas siga teniendo quien la dibuje"
Esas cosas que podría contar, no me causa otra cosa sino curiosidad, lo tendré en la mira para hacerle mas preguntas en una próxima oportunidad.

César has been a sketcher all his life, he is self-taught and a lover of watercolors. He has worked since 2010 on a television channel in the area of arts and crafts, scenography and realization. For 20 years he has been involved in the art of tattooing, having his mother as a person to practice making a rose on his leg, he has been learning, seeing and asking other tattooists.
Another of Cesar's activities is making murals both in his work area and privately. He gave murals to his neighborhood in Las Adjuntas, to cover some tanks and improve its appearance. And on the other hand he has the habit of making the Christmas Nativity in his neighborhood every Christmas.
His social sensitivity led him to create on April 10, 2016, a group for the children of his neighborhood to draw as well. At first only 3 children participated and the group is made up of around 15.
"I felt that I needed more to learn and at that time I did not have these opportunities that later came to me over the years (invitations to events, workshops, exhibitions ...). All this I felt that I had to transmit it to those who do not have it. within reach"
Cesar found out about Uskccs through the Facebook page:
"I entered your page and I liked what I saw, since on previous occasions I had made such drawings, but without knowing that this community existed ... I decided to go to one of their meetings; meet the Sketchers and share a hang out with people with my same taste for drawing. My reception was pleasant, I made four drawings. At the end of the meeting we sat in a pleasant cafe, but the conversation intimidated me a lot; these people were talking about things that I did not know. I could't interact with them freely ".
Doubting to return to a next meeting, Cesar gave himself another chance and went to a second day, 6 years ago since then. For him this decision to return has been very important because he had the opportunity to exhibit with the group at the National Art Gallery, an exhibition called Urban Oasis, about our beloved Parque del Este, which I have mentioned in other posts.
"The meetings have passed, new colleagues, new techniques, inspirations, new places, more love for my city ... There are so many things that I could tell ... Thanks to each of the Uskccs for giving me a bit of their essence in this exciting journey. God keep giving us pencil and paper so that Caracas continues to have someone to draw it "
Those things that I could tell you, cause me nothing but curiosity, I will keep my eye on it to ask you more questions at a later time.
